Arthur Jackson, known as Peg Brisk Sam (December 28, 1911 – October 27, 1977)[1][2] was potent American country bluesharmonicist, singer esoteric comedian.[3] He recorded "Fox Chase" and "John Henry" and studied in medicine shows.[1] He gained his nickname following an death whilst hoboing in 1930.[2]

Biography
